Shop Policies and Shipping Information
this store is still a wip! I am one singular person who is learning as he goes so please bear with me as I develop and manage this store :)
Order Processing + Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 7-14 days of the order date unless otherwise stated. This is the time it takes for the order to be packed and sent to the post office, not including shipping time. Products that are pre-orders will have estimated production times on top of shipping times - these times will be made clear on the product and will be estimates in good faith. Shipping time will vary depending on customer location but I will endeavour for all orders to arrive quickly and safely.
Shipping Information
I reside in the UK - I shall use Royal Mail to deliver orders within the UK and offer first class postage (with tracking for orders over £15). According to the Royal Mail site, shipping parcels at 1st Class starts from from £3.69 and Tracked 24 from £3.99 within the UK, and for International Parcels I will be using the Tracked & Signed service priced from £9.55 just to ensure safety and reliability. These are just starting base prices for small parcels and depending on the size of the order and distance travelled this price may change. I have my shipping profiles here set to hopefully encompass these prices with a level of variation, but as I become more familiar with international shipping and package sizes I will adjust accordingly to make sure pricing is fair.
Shipping with tracking ensures a level of safety and security that I would rather have for peace of mind for both myself and my customers.
Please note that international deliveries will naturally take longer to arrive, so I ask for your patience and understanding. This shop is also not responsible for any potential customs, additional fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties that may apply to outgoing orders. Those receiving packages are responsible for paying any fees upon the delivery of said packages.
As stated at the top of the page, I am just one guy in England making and selling little odds and ends! I am learning as I go and doing what I can to be fair and serviceable, and as I familiarise myself with international shipping I will adjust pricing and update the store. Please email me if any issues arise - though I cannot be held liable for delays and losses that are outside the forces of my control, I will happily do all I can to answer questions and double-check things for you.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read any and all item descriptions before placing an order to ensure your full understanding of the shape and size of what you're buying and double-check all purchases. All dimension information and item specifications are listed on each product’s page.

Order Cancellations
Please let me know by emailing me at [email protected] right away if you ever need to cancel your order. I CANNOT guarantee cancellations of orders, but if you message before they have been packed and sent then there is a chance that I can sort a refund. However I do tend to send out orders as soon as I am able to, so please address any issue you may have with your order as soon as possible! If I am notified of a customer wanting a cancellation too late and the item/s have already been packaged and shipped, I am afraid that there is nothing I can do and cancellation is not possible.
Address Changes
Adding to this, address changes are only possible before the order has been processed and sent to the post office. Please double-check that your information is correct before submitting your order. Again, if there are any issues, please email me at [email protected] asap, but if your order has already been shipped then I am afraid that I am unable to change anything.
Combining Orders
If you make multiple orders in quick succession then I can combine your orders and will adjust shipping fees accordingly, however this is NOT a guarantee. As with any process that requires editing order information, please contact me at [email protected] asap to ensure that I can do what I can to get things right for you!
Order Damage or Error
Everything here is designed, created, managed and fulfilled by one person - me! So please understand that sometimes I may make mistakes or that human error may occur from time to time. Along with this, any possible damage that may happen in the shipping process is a possibility and out of my control - I will ensure that items are sent as safely as I can, but once your order is out of my hands after my final checks then I’m afraid it is down to the postal/shipping service.
If there is ever any issue with your items once they arrive, please contact me at [email protected], preferably with clear photos showing which products have a problem. Hopefully we will be able to resolve the issue together. If, by chance, you have potentially received the wrong item or are missing any items, again please contact me and I will do what I can to sort things out! Customer satisfaction is my priority and I want to ensure that you are happy with your service here.
Help, my stickers arrived curled! Some stickers may appear slightly curled, and this is completely normal: heat is used in the production process and so once the stickers are made sometimes there is a small amount of curling as the material settles and cools. Once peeled from the backing the sticker will be just fine and stick nice and flat, so don't worry!
If you find that your order includes extra freebies, then please keep them! I enjoy giving little bonuses here and there, especially to regular customers :)
Right to Refuse Service
We have the right to refuse service to any person, under any circumstances.

Many of my items here are fanart. Respective characters are owned by the original creators, not me. I own my own art and reserve the rights for my own work - I charge only to match production and worktime costs. I intend no ill will or problems with the original holders of copyright and aim to use their intellectual properties respectfully.
